Exchanges & Returns tab

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if you are not happy, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for exchanges & returns:

• No Exchanges or Returns on Pieces in Half Price Sale.
• All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• All returns for a refund does not include the original delivery fee if applicable/charged. A full refund (including delivery fee if applicable) will be issued if the goods have a fault.
• Your return will be refunded in full once we have visibly inspected the item.
• We only offer free returns if you wish to exchange an item for a different size.
• We cannot offer an exchange or return if clothes, shoes, or accessories have been worn or used, items that have the original labels removed, or items returned outside the 14 day return period.
  
• We do not offer free returns. The cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.
